Christmas in Breckenridge {Photo Linky}

Teaching in the Tongass is hosting a simple, wordless holiday photo linky.  My husband and I live in Texas while the rest of our family lives in Massachusetts.  We went home for Thanksgiving and basically escaped all the Christmas madness this year and went to Breckenridge, Colorado for a few days over Christmas instead.  We don't downhill ski, but figured it would be a pretty place to be and see the snow.  It was beautiful, but FREEZING, especially after being in Texas the past few years! I have no pictures of all the beautiful lights on Main Street at night because my hands were too cold to take them...

  1. Such beautiful pictures! I bet the cold and snow made you really appreciate your Texas weather. My sister moved to Dallas this summer but came home (Milwaukee) for Christmas last week where the high temperature was 5 degrees on Monday. She couldn't wait to get back to warmer weather!

  2. The photos you did capture are beautiful! I would love to spend the holiday in a cold place. It's been pretty warm here in California. Our highs have been in the 60s.
