I am one of two team leaders of the second grade team at my school, so I decided that I would do something each day for everyone on my team this week in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, just to say thank you. I am a workaholic, so I know that I expect a lot out of everyone and may not always show my appreciation.
But, I have 13 other teachers on my team...so I couldn't really go too overboard and had to stay with simple Pinterest finds that wouldn't break the bank or take too, too much time. So here is what I came up with thus far:
Monday:
Mint Gum
Tuesday:
Flower Pens
Wednesday:
M & M's
Thursday:
Bottled Water & Crystal Light
Friday:
Haven't gotten this far yet, but a ream of paper (a high commodity in my school)!

Show some appreciation to your fellow teachers!

These labels are so cute! We bet your team of teachers loved these small gifts of appreciation!

Cute idea! I am going to be VP of our PTO next year and the President is a fellow K teacher. We have large teams also, but that is something cheap and easy the PTO could do. I'm going to have to tell the Teacher Appreciation Committee about it.
ReplyDeleteI have been neglecting the blogging world also. I keep getting great ideas and then run out of steam before I get them typed up. (Then I forget the idea :))
